A unique combination of properties and a high boiling point (215 deg C) makes this liquid ideal for many electronics applications, including high temperature heat transfer, vapor phase reflow soldering and many electronic quality and reliability tests.

Thermally and chemically stable, Fluorinert liquid FC-72 is an ideal choice for low temperature heat transfer applications. Its properties also make it useful in selected electronic testing applications.

The wide liquid range of Fluorinert liquid FC-770 (-127 °C to 95 °C) allows its use in heat transfer applications in the semiconductor industry, and also makes it useful in electronics testing.

Novec fluid HFE-71DA is a true azeotrope, with constant vapor and liquid composition at its boiling point. It is intended to replace ozone-depleting materials in many applications as well as certain aqueous cleaning processes.

A true azeotrope, Novec fluid HFE-71DE has constant liquid and vapor composition at its boiling point. It is intended to replace ozone-depleting materials chlorinated and brominated solvents in medium-duty cleaning and degreasing applications.

This fluid is ideal for light cleaning and degreasing tasks. A true azeotrope, HFE-71IPA has essentially constant vapor and liquid composition at its boiling point.

Its 76 deg C boiling point and excellent environmental, health and safety profile make Novec fluid HFE-7200 useful in applications like heat transfer, cleaning, lubricant deposition and more, in a diverse range of industries.
